12 years ago I became a magician. I didn’t have a clue how to make it work so I worked as much as I could and said yes to almost everything. One of the contacts I made right at the start of my career is an events organiser in Edinburgh. Unbeknownst to me, she nominated me for this award. Well – wow! Looks like I have a more fans in the events industry than I realise!

I don’t do anywhere near as much private events as I used to – with the focus now on shows for the public – however I was delighted to have been awarded “Best Business Events Entertainer” at the EventIt awards this evening at the Assembly Rooms Edinburgh

This is the first time I’ve ever received an award for my solo work in Scotland! Huge thanks to everyone who voted for me in the Scottish events industry. Well chuffed.
